Would you be interested in sponsoring the care and release of a specific bird? If so, for a donation of $45 (the average cost of rehabilitating and releasing a bird) you have the choice of a woodpecker, a duckling, or a waxwing.
Your donation of $45 will provide for medical treatment, species-appropriate food (live insects, duckling food, fruits and vegetables, fish), and enrichment items (perches, pools, mirrors).
Sponsors will be invited to tour Le Nichoir with our staff. If the sponsorship is given as a gift, both purchaser and recipient are invited to attend. You will receive reports on the rehabilitation of “your” bird, its release date and photos, a certificate of sponsorship, and a subscription to Le Nichoir Newsletter. A charitable tax receipt will also be sent.
