Looking for a way to give a helping hand?

Volunteers are the backbone of Le Nichoir. We cannot do what we do without them.

Our volunteers help us with many different tasks, from cleaning aviaries and food preparation to maintenance work and translation. Although the majority of volunteers help us in our peak season, from May to September, others are involved all year long!

Are you reliable and interested in joining our team? Send us your completed application form for one of the volunteer positions below.

Le Nichoir depends on the help of volunteers to support its programs.
One of our volunteers, McKenna, shares her experience a the Centre:

“Le Nichoir makes me feel both accomplished and excited. Volunteering is important because volunteers contribute to the time and individual care each bird needs. I volunteer here because I love being able to see the birds’ progress and play a small part in their recovery. I also volunteer as a way to get experience with birds, as I am planning on applying to a Veterinary Medicine Program.”
