Keith Wells
Mackoli …La sophistication sans prétention…
Keith Wells has always had a love of cooking and entertainment, leading him to three years of study at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Quebec in the art of classic French cuisine. His passion for food has lead him not only to the French style, but to the fusion of styles with that of the countries in which he has travelled. This prompted the opening of Mackoli in 2005. Since then Mackoli has grown, becoming a premiere catering company in Montreal and off island. Having catered large affairs such as wedding celebrations, corporate events, the opening of the Montreal Jazz Festival at Place des Arts to many local charities and events, he still prefers the more intimate offerings of entertaining in the home.
